About the Role

This position requires an IT security specialist who can design, implement, and maintain a secure IT environment that aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
  1. Risk assessment and mitigation: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  2. Compliance verification: Review client requirements and contract addendums to ensure compliance with contractual terms and internal policies.
  3. Vendor risk management: Perform due diligence to assess the security posture of vendors and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations.
  4. Asset inventory management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset inventory records.
  5. Security control implementation: Evaluate and implement security controls to ensure infrastructure compliance with security standards.
  6. Cross-functional collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to implement security and compliance requirements across the organization.
  7. Audit and review: Perform regular audits to verify compliance with internal policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
  8. Business continuity planning: Develop and implement Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) policies to minimize downtime and ensure prompt recovery.
  9. Access control management: Manage access control processes to ensure access rights are regularly audited and aligned with the principle of least privilege.
  10. Incident investigation: Investigate and review security incidents to ensure proper documentation, resolution, and follow-up actions are taken.
