Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our mission-driven team as a technical co-founder and chief technology officer. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced tech founder, CTO, or lead engineer in AI-driven startups to shape the tech stack and product vision of our innovative social commerce platform.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and developing scalable AI/ML systems for natural language processing (NLP) and moderation, as well as building and managing remote engineering teams. They will also have expertise in NLP and cloud architecture, a strong background in full-stack development, and fluency in English and Urdu for effective team/client communication.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop cutting-edge AI/ML systems for NLP and moderation
  • Lead the engineering team and set technical roadmaps
  • Optimize infrastructure for performance and security
  • Collaborate with the Tech Team to align tech development with business goals
  • Stay ahead of AI/ML advancements and ensure compliance with data privacy and ethical AI standards
Requirements
  1. Proven experience as a Tech Founder, CTO, or Lead Engineer in AI-driven startups
  2. Expertise in NLP and cloud architecture
  3. Strong background in full-stack development
  4. Fluency in English and Urdu for team/client communication
