Venture AI is building the next generation of intelligent, agentic systems—and we're looking for a
Lead AI Engineer
to join our core team in Lahore. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI infrastructure, collaborate with top-tier talent, and shape the future of AI-driven products.

What You'll Do

  • Architect and implement
    agentic frameworks
    using
    LangGraph
    to manage state and define complex execution flows.
  • Build, test, and monitor AI systems with
    LLM observability tools
    (LangSmith, Weights & Biases, etc.).
  • Design and maintain
    RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
    pipelines with
    vector databases
    like Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, Qdrant, or FAISS.
  • Develop high-performance, asynchronous RESTful APIs using
    FastAPI
    and
    Pydantic
    .
  • Integrate and optimize
    LLM APIs
    for scalable production workloads.
  • Set up robust
    logging and APM
    solutions (Datadog, Sentry, Grafana) to monitor system performance and reliability.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines with
    GitHub Actions
    , and containerize applications using
    Docker
    for consistent deployment across environments.
  • Write clean, maintainable code in
    Python
    and manage data with
    SQL
    .

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of professional experience
    in AI/ML engineering, backend development, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
  • Proven experience with
    LangGraph
    ,
    LangChain
    , or similar agentic frameworks.
  • Strong skills in
    Python
    ,
    SQL
    , and production-grade infrastructure (observability, CI/CD, cloud deployment).
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.

  • Hands-on experience with
    AWS
    services such as
    SageMaker, Bedrock, ECS, Lambda, and Redshift
    .
  • Advanced
