As a Junior/Associate Consultant, you will play a vital role in the implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and help them maximize the potential of the Dynamics 365 platform.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Gather and analyze business requirements for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
  2. Support the customization, implementation, and configuration of Dynamics 365 solutions.
  3. Collaborate with senior consultants to design processes that meet client needs.
  4. Conduct testing and troubleshooting of Dynamics 365 modules.
  5. Provide support and training to end-users post-implementation.
  6. Prepare documentation, including system specifications and user manuals.
  7. Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of financial processes is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
