Our mission is to help businesses transform through technology and innovation. We're looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead and deliver Microsoft-based projects efficiently and effectively.

Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of client-facing Microsoft technology projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure, or M365 projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Manage risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, reporting, and communication.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT or Microsoft technology space.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft platforms such as Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, or Azure.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, DevOps, Jira).
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Microsoft Project certifications are highly desirable.
