Job Purpose: Support the Team Leader in providing overall management and supervision of the Shipping Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure that all Team Members follow a standardized training program.
  2. Maintain proper product standards and warehouse procedures on a timely basis.
  3. Collaborate with other functions in the DC, including buyers, transportation, accounting, etc.
  4. Establish and maintain positive working relationships with the Facility Leadership Team, Team Leaders, and Team Members.
  5. Foster a positive work environment that sustains high Team Member morale. Provide timely performance feedback and evaluations as well as progressive disciplinary actions when needed.
  6. Assist with and supervise operation processes of the Shipping Team.
  7. Produce operational productivity reports and special projects as needed.
  8. Communicate and enforce company policies, core values, vision, goals, and safety rules consistently.
