We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Leader to join our team. This is a field sales position that will focus on delivering sales strategy and achieving annual KPIs and targets for a specific area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of sales representatives to ensure delivery of sales strategy and achievement of annual KPIs and targets.
  • Create and manage an annual business unit plan to deliver agreed channel revenue KPIs and targets, and provide regular reporting as required.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to deliver activation and reporting against KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes.
