This position is responsible for protecting IBEX infrastructure from emerging threats and assisting the organization in achieving its business objectives. It acts as an IS resource with strong concepts of web application assessments and penetration testing. The role includes coordinating and implementing the IT Security Roadmap and security processes for the protection of IBEX Global assets.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive security assessments and manual penetration testing of web, APIs, and mobile applications.
  • Participate in red team exercises and automated penetration testing, either internally or through third parties.
  • Coordinate third-party penetration testing exercises.
  • Use open source tools, scripts, and techniques to enumerate and map publicly exposed assets and vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with IT infrastructure and development teams for remediation efforts.
  • Review application design and flow to identify business logic flaws.
  • Utilize various tools for vulnerability scanning of IT assets and for dynamic/static application assessments.
  • Support development teams in adopting secure coding practices.
  • Perform cloud security reviews and prepare reports with identified gaps and remediation guidelines.
  • Familiarity with Gen-AI applications security assessment.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree in IT, CS, Software Engineering, or Telecom.

Experience: 3-5 years in the IT Security field.
