Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate accounting and record-keeping of assets movements.
  • Coordinate logistics for conferences, seminars, and other events held on-site or off-site.
  • Maintain records and administer departmental tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with administrative policies and procedures.
  • Process administrative purchases via procurement processes.
  • Facilitate communication with external vendors and assist in drafting contracts and agreements.
  • Manage timely payments of dues, bills, rents, and government charges.
  • Maintain liaison with government departments.
  • Assume manager's responsibilities in their absence.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the head of administration.
  • Supervise housekeeping, transport, canteen, and administrative affairs.
  • Ensure timely submission and processing of bills and invoices.
  • Guide assistant managers and subordinate staff in routine tasks.
