**Job Title:** School Director

The Head Teacher is responsible for leading the School, overseeing school operations, and driving improvement initiatives. This includes planning, development, monitoring, and evaluation of school performance.

1. Build a high-performing school team focused on excellent learning outcomes.
2. Drive school development targets, working collaboratively with regional offices on key areas such as enrollment growth and improved examination results.
3. Model exemplary behavior, lead by example, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement among teachers and staff.
4. Promote and implement school improvement programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
5. Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and guidelines.
6. Leverage expertise to drive school strategic planning, resource allocation, and talent development.
7. Monitor and evaluate student progress, informing data-driven decisions to enhance school performance.
8. Foster partnerships with regional teams to facilitate ongoing professional development opportunities.
9. Provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance to teachers and staff on pedagogy, quality assurance, and other essential areas.
10. Evaluate teacher and staff performance, providing constructive feedback to inform development plans.
11. Guarantee responsible financial stewardship, optimal resource utilization, and teaching-learning process optimization.
