We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at HR POD - Hiring Talent Globally. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects using ClickUp, ensuring all tasks, timelines, and deliverables are tracked and completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage projects using ClickUp, ensuring all tasks, timelines, and deliverables are tracked and completed efficiently.
• Maintain clear and organized documentation, including meeting notes, project plans, and client communications, ensuring all stakeholders have access to accurate and up-to-date information.
• Have regular meetings with clients, ensuring clear, professional, and timely communication. Manage client expectations and address any concerns or questions promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and technical departments, to ensure that all projects are aligned with client goals and delivered on time.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Strong proficiency in ClickUp and other project management tools, for task management, project tracking, and team collaboration.
• Excellent documentation and note-taking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• Experience working with international clients, with a strong understanding of cultural sensitivities and time zone management.
• Outstanding time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
