About the Role:

  • This position involves collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies that meet business objectives.
  • You will closely work with leads generated from various channels, converting them into long-term clients.
  • A key aspect of this role is delivering product demonstrations to clients, managing pricing discussions, and negotiating favorable terms.
  • You will also be responsible for nurturing key client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction, smooth onboarding, and prompt resolution of queries.
  • Providing regular updates on sales performance and market trends is another critical aspect of this role.
  • You will have the opportunity to upsell additional features and services, manage renewals, and continuously engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, account management, and customer success within SAAS organizations.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, pricing, and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
