Senior Business Growth Manager

Job Overview:
The Senior Business Growth Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of our company through strategic partnerships, business development, and sales strategies.
This includes identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients and partners, negotiating deals, and ensuring successful project implementation.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proven track record in business development, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients, markets, and partnerships to drive business growth.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts.
- Negotiations and Contract Management: Lead negotiations, draft proposals, and close deals that align with the company's business goals.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure smooth execution of business development activities and customer success.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
- Proven track record of successfully generating new business and managing key accounts.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
