
Car Sales Performance Manager

Drive growth and enhance the sales experience for partner dealers and private sellers by effectively managing car listings, customer engagement, and sales operations.
Key Responsibilities- Execute seller engagement processes, including visiting locations to manage and update car listings, coordinating with inspection teams for timely certification.
- Manage customer inquiries across various channels, providing timely and comprehensive responses to drive interest in assigned car inventory.
- Conduct on-site vehicle viewings, utilizing proven sales and negotiation techniques to showcase and finalize sales, building customer trust and loyalty.
- Ensure seamless vehicle transfers between buyers and sellers, overseeing the transaction process to maintain transparency and accuracy in documentation and ownership changes.
- Collaborate with the management team to produce detailed daily and weekly sales performance reports, offering insights into customer engagement trends and areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships and drive successful sales outcomes.
- In-depth knowledge of cars and the local automotive market is essential.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet tools, and digital communication platforms.
