Job Title: Financial Transactions Manager Financial transactions management is a vital component of our organization's operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial information used for reporting and decision-making purposes. Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly financial reports for management review and audit final accounts with supporting documentation for annual external audits.
  • Coordinate with banks to calculate financial income on a monthly basis for management reporting purposes.
  • Prepare and update monthly agility reports.
  • Work closely with the treasury and remittance teams to prepare weekly cash flow forecasts for management review.
  • Prepare monthly operational cost reviews and analysis in coordination with regional cost control.
  • Support the general ledger team in internal audits and controls.
 Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum MBA in finance or ACCA/CMA certifications.
  • Relevant working experience in the shipping industry is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of general accounting principles, auditing processes, and techniques, as well as taxation laws.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong command of IT tools, particularly Oracle-based financial systems.
