Key Role Summary

The position of Technical Services Manager involves delivering high-quality support to the Head of Department on technical financial reporting and auditing projects. This includes conducting extensive research and analysis, preparing papers, presentations, and publications on complex technical topics.

  • Effective communication and coordination skills are required for interacting with members, regulators, and industry experts from various jurisdictions.
  • Courteous mentorship and coaching skills are necessary for guiding junior staff and sharing expertise.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide proactive support to the Head of Department on technical financial reporting and auditing projects.
  • Prepare comprehensive papers, presentations, and publications on technical topics.
  • Coordinate interactions with regulatory bodies and industry experts.
  • Mentor junior staff and share expertise.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess a Chartered Accountant (ICAP member) qualification and 02 years of post-qualification experience in analyzing technical auditing and financial reporting matters using ISAs and IFRS.

  • Strong preparation and presentation skills are essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are necessary for effective management of stakeholder groups.
  • Managerial experience in audit or IFRS advisory services would be beneficial.
