Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in driving regional sales operational activities to new heights. The successful candidate will be responsible for enabling the sales force with system information, education, and training to optimize their performance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Enable Sales Force Performance: Coordinate with sales leadership to prepare key reports that inform daily operational decision-making.
  2. Serve as a Bridge: Address communication, system, and process gaps between the sales force and support teams.
  3. Prepare Reports: Develop and disseminate accurate and effective information through daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  4. Manage Operational Team: Oversee the regional operational team, ensuring strong follow-up on reports related to sales pulse, pipeline, and revenues.
  5. Develop Sustainable Processes: Implement permanent solutions to recurring problems and evaluate current operational goals.
  6. Evaluate Goals and Improve Processes: Suggest improvements in key areas, overseeing costs, risks, and audit activities.
  7. Foster Productive Environment: Create a work environment that encourages employees to excel and reach their full potential.
  8. Supervise Operations Team: Ensure operational excellence and effective stakeholder and employee management.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in management or business.
  • 4-6 years of experience in a relevant field.
