Head Nurse

We are seeking an experienced nurse leader to assume the role of Head Nurse and lead our ward with administrative expertise and nursing acumen.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and direct a team.

• Staffing Optimization: Develop and implement efficient staffing rosters, schedules, and inventory management systems to ensure optimal care delivery.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor staff performance, ensuring adherence to protocols, documentation standards, and dress code policies.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain equipment and supply levels, including crash carts and medical/surgical stock.
• Clinical Rounds: Coordinate clinical rounds, environment checks, and patient census reporting to ensure timely interventions.
• Attendance Management: Ensure staff attendance and report any issues to the relevant authorities.
• Supply Procurement: Procure and manage ward supplies and medications according to established protocols.
• Critical Patient Escalation: Identify and escalate critically ill patients to the Nursing Manager.
• Quality Initiatives: Implement healthcare quality and patient safety initiatives aligned with organizational policies and procedures.

• Post-RN B.Sc. (Nursing) or Generic BSN with 4-5 years of experience in leading healthcare organizations.
