Key Responsibilities:
  • Cost Planning: Develop cost plans, estimates, and quantity measurements to ensure project feasibility and profitability.
  • Contract Administration: Oversee claims, variation orders, budget, and cost control, ensuring adherence to contractual agreements.
  • Procurement Management: Prepare and issue Request for Quotations (RFQs) to suppliers and contractors, analyzing and evaluating price comparisons and costing summaries.
  • Settlement and Closure: Prepare settlement for final accounts, managing contracts administration effectively.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field discipline.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years' construction experience, with a strong technical and administrative background to meet reporting and documentation requirements.
