Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze and evaluate financial data to inform business decisions and improve project outcomes.
  • Contract Negotiation: Prepare and negotiate contracts, including RFQs, quotations, and tenders.
  • Cost Estimation: Develop accurate cost estimates and schedules to support project planning and execution.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects, including those related to cost, time, and quality.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field discipline.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years' construction experience, with a strong technical and administrative background to meet reporting and documentation requirements.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to stakeholders.
