Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular audits as per agreed-upon plans to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform cash handovers and consumer items audits during shift changes to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage shift-wise cash closing and handovers, maintaining high standards of accountability.
  • Minimize store stock loss by implementing effective control measures within agreed targets.
  • Process till cash and sales cash settlements, ensuring timely deposits into banks.
  • Address underperforming staff through constructive actions, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Coach, challenge, and support employees to achieve their full potential and contribute to team success.
  • Highlight top-selling products and new collections prominently in-store to drive sales.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and verification of items before handing over to customers, maintaining high standards of service.
  • Manage stocking, dusting, and rack setup to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Supervise shift staff and promote teamwork, fostering a collaborative work culture.
  • Maintain proper records of near-expiry products as per established SOPs.
  • Verify stocks received accurately, ensuring compliance with quality control standards.
  • Handle returns within seven days, enter data into the system, and assume responsibility for refunds and adjustments as a shift-in-charge.
  • Train staff on job descriptions and counter efficiency, enhancing overall performance.
  • Cross-verify expiry dates to prevent errors and maintain product integrity.
  • Maintain employee duty rosters, ensuring adequate staffing levels and smooth operations.
  • Work on pharmacy layout and display to create an engaging customer experience.
  • Gain hands-on experience with the company's software, such as Candela Retail Management System.
  • Engage in data sinking activities to optimize store performance.
