Job Title: Operations Director

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead key initiatives in Pakistan, focusing on the Kravenmart project. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, market expertise in Pakistan, and experience managing cross-functional teams within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure darkstore teams meet revenue and profit goals, based on Board plans.

  • Ensure new cities launch on time and operating guides are consistent.

  • Improve service levels (SLA), customer satisfaction (NPS), and other operational metrics by working better with delivery and in-store partners.

  • Monitor progress, identify problems, and develop solutions.

  • Collaborate with various teams inside and outside the company.

  • This role focuses on Pakistan (Kravenmart) with opportunities for international growth in the future.

  • You will work directly with local partners and vendors to ensure good delivery and service.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in quick commerce, food delivery, consumer goods, logistics, or startup operations.

  • Strong understanding of grocery logistics, darkstore operations, and customer experience.

  • Experience working closely with founders or in startup environments.

  • A background in finance or analytics is beneficial.

  • Must be fluent in English; Urdu is required for the Pakistan role.
