  1. Develop and implement operational management systems, processes, and best practices to ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate and cost-effective way.
  2. Improve the quality of customer service by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  3. Assist in ensuring the organization's processes remain legally compliant by reviewing policies and procedures.
  4. Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for growth and profitability.
  5. Manage budgets and forecasts to ensure the organization's financial stability.
  6. Conduct quality controls and monitor production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure excellence.
  7. Implement company-wide policies and procedures to maintain a positive work environment.
  8. Promote a culture that encourages top performance and high morale among employees.
  9. Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitored for compliance with laws and regulations.
  10. Collaborate with senior management to determine values, mission, and long-term goals.
  11. Identify and address problems and opportunities for growth and development within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience as an administrative or operations manager.
  • Familiarity with Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or Information Technology industry preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
