Customer Support Professional Role

Job Overview:

  • This role requires a customer-centric approach to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all clients.
  • As a Customer Support Professional, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing support to resolve any issues they may have.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing customer support: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining project knowledge: Stay up-to-date with ongoing projects, including their features, pricing, and availability. Provide accurate information to customers and assist them in finding suitable properties based on their preferences.
  • Scheduling appointments: Coordinate property viewings and appointments between clients and the team. Ensure that appointments are scheduled efficiently and that clients receive timely reminders.
  • Documentation: Assist clients with completing necessary paperwork, forms, and documentation related to property inquiries and purchases. Ensure that all documentation is accurate and properly filed.
  • Follow-up: Follow up with clients after property viewings or interactions to gather feedback and address any additional questions or concerns they may have. Maintain ongoing communication to nurture client relationships and provide ongoing support.
  • Administrative tasks: Assist with general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies. Provide support to other team members and departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • A-levels or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Knowledge of real estate industry practices, terminology, and regulations is a plus.
