Customer Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Professional.

Job Summary

This role involves handling incoming calls and chats from customers, recognizing their requirements, and ensuring their satisfaction through transparent and engaging communication.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in English, and experience in international customer support.

In addition to these qualifications, the successful candidate will be proficient in computer software applications such as Microsoft Office and able to adapt to various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and nights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a substantial volume of incoming calls and chats from customers with professionalism and patience.
  • Evaluate customers' requirements to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Establish lasting relationships with customer accounts through effective communication.
  • Maintain a positive demeanor to absorb customer frustration and transform negative perceptions.
  • Deliver precise, reliable, and comprehensive information using suitable methods and tools.
  • Achieve individual and team targets related to customer service, including call/chat handling quotas.
Requirements
  • Minimum Academic qualifications: Graduation.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory.
  • A minimum of one year experience in international customer support.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in the effective utilization of computer software, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Flexible to work various shifts, including morning, evening, and night.
