Lead Product Vision

The ideal candidate will provide leadership and vision to Scrum teams as the Product Owner.

As a key member of our Agile development team, you will work closely with stakeholders to create requirements that drive business value.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the team always has an adequate amount of prepared tasks to work on.

You will plan and prioritize product feature backlogs and development for our product, defining its vision, road-map, and growth opportunities.

This includes assessing value, developing cases, and prioritizing stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value aligned with our product strategy.

In this role, you will also provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories, working closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI.

You will lead the planning of product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities.

An active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals is also expected.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and vision to Scrum teams
  • Work closely with stakeholders to create requirements
  • Plan and prioritize product feature backlogs and development
  • Define product vision, road-map, and growth opportunities
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes
  • Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories
  • Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog

A bachelor's degree or equivalent level of expertise is required, along with a minimum of 08 years of total working experience, out of which 03 years within a Product Owner capacity.

Experienced professionals with in-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles are highly desirable, particularly those with Certified Agile/Scrum certifications.

Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English, are essential for success in this role.
