As Product Lead at PakWheels.com, you'll be responsible for driving growth by delivering a great user experience for the consumer product while working with an agile, cross-functional team consisting of specialists in online marketing channels (SEO and SEM), UX and UI design, and software engineering.

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive the execution of all processes in the product life cycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements, and roadmap development.
  2. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams.
  3. Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.
  4. Analyze market data to develop sales strategies and define product objectives for effective marketing communications.
  5. Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, balancing resources to ensure organizational success.
  6. Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates PakWheels.com across primary market segments.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  2. Proven experience of 5+ years in a dynamic product management role.
  3. 1+ years of people management experience with demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams.
  4. Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
  5. Experience in delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies.
  6. Previous experience in software and web development.
  7. Demonstrable knowledge of SEM and online advertising.
  8. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey product strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and market insights to inform decision-making and continuously optimize product performance.
