We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable technical content writer to produce high-quality content on various IT and technology topics. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in information technology, software development, cybersecurity, cloud computing, or related fields, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and educational content tailored for our target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write and edit comprehensive technical articles, papers, blog posts, case studies, tutorials, and reports related to IT topics (e.g., databases, networking, AI/ML, cloud, cybersecurity).">
  • Conduct thorough research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.">
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), developers, and product managers to gather information and ensure content accuracy.">
  • Develop user documentation, how-to guides, product manuals, and FAQs for internal and external use.">
  • Optimize content for SEO and digital readability.">
  • Maintain consistency in tone, style, and format across all technical content.">
  • Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.">

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, communications, or a related field.">
  • Fresh or a minimum of 6 months of experience in writing technical content for IT audiences.">
  • Strong understanding of IT concepts such as networking, programming, software development life cycle (SDLC), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and cybersecurity.">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.">
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, and Markdown/HTML is a plus.">
  • Familiarity with tools like GitHub, Visual Studio Code, Figma, JIRA, or others relevant to tech documentation is desirable.">
