Training and Development Role

We are a water technology company dedicated to providing cleaner, greener, and smarter drinking water solutions. Our mission is to eliminate the need for plastic bottles on dispensers.

The Training Executive will be responsible for developing and conducting training programs for staff, managing training schedules, and evaluating the effectiveness of training sessions. The role includes preparing training materials, organizing workshops, and continuously enhancing employee skills and knowledge to support the company's mission.

  • Design and develop engaging soft skills training sessions for employees across all departments.
  • Conduct workshops on topics like communication skills, time management, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, leadership, and team building.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve content and delivery based on feedback and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs.
  • Create learning materials, manuals, and guides for in-house programs.
  • Maintain records of training activities and prepare progress reports.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in soft skills training or learning & development roles.
  • Proficiency in creating training materials and organizing workshops.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint).
  • Ability to inspire, engage, and motivate diverse teams.
