Job Title: Sales Trainer

Shift: Night Shift (On-site)

Requirements: 10 years of combined experience in sales and employee training

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Trainer to lead the development and execution of impactful training programs for our sales teams. The ideal candidate will bring over a decade of combined experience in sales and employee training, with a proven track record of enhancing performance in a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive sales training programs
  • Conduct onboarding training for new hires and continuous learning sessions for existing staff
  • Monitor performance metrics to identify training needs and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with department heads to align training strategies with business objectives
  • Coach and mentor sales staff to improve performance and achieve KPIs
  • Stay updated with industry trends to ensure training content remains relevant and competitive

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of combined experience in sales and employee training
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, techniques, and call center operations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable training plans
