Job Title:

A Senior Instructor is required to conduct BScN classes, design curriculum, and engage in research activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Teach BScN courses such as Pharma, Pathophysiology, Nursing Research & Paeds.
  2. Develop and review teaching activities and curriculum.
  3. Foster a learner-centred approach through effective teaching skills and technology.
  4. Contribute to academic programs through active research participation.
  5. Provide guidance, advice, and feedback to students.
  6. Stay updated on professional development for enhanced teaching, learning, clinical expertise, and research.
  7. Invigilate examinations and assess student performance.
  8. Prepare course outlines, class schedules, and exams/papers for students.
Qualifications and Experience:
  1. MScN with 4-5 years of teaching experience at BS Nursing level or BScN with MPH and relevant experience.
  2. Hold valid PNC registration with at least one publication in a recognized journal.
  3. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Demonstrate clinical competence.
