Job Overview:
Vairt is a US-based real estate investment platform dedicated to providing exceptional investment opportunities. As the Vice President of Sales, you will spearhead the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives tailored to the real estate investment sector. This pivotal role involves cultivating, leading, and nurturing a high-performing sales team to drive growth, expand market presence, and achieve corporate objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the daily operations of the sales department, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with Vairt's business objectives, incorporating market research and competitor analysis.
  3. Directly manage and mentor Directors of Sales and National Sales Managers, focusing on recruitment, training, evaluation, and professional development.
  4. Drive sales training and development initiatives to enhance team performance and productivity, leveraging CRM tools like HubSpot.
  5. Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and refine sales enablement tools, driving revenue growth through data-driven insights.
  6. Conduct pipeline analysis, budget forecasting, and reporting, utilizing industry trends to inform sales strategies.
  7. Represent Vairt at industry events, enhancing brand recognition and visibility while fostering connections with key stakeholders.
  8. Develop and maintain strong cross-departmental relationships, driving revenue and enhancing the customer experience through collaborative efforts.
  9. Contribute to the Executive Committee, providing valuable insights to drive innovation, improve business strategy, and boost profitability.

Requirements:

  2. A proven track record of success as a consultative sales leader, with extensive experience in managing high-performing teams.
  3. 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with expertise in long-term sales cycles and client relationships.
  4. Strong financial acumen and business sense, with excellent communication skills and presentation abilities.
  5. Proficient in standard office software, with an organized and detail-oriented approach to work.
  6. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field; relevant experience may be substituted for formal education.
