Sr. Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality software products.
  • Design and implement automated testing frameworks using tools like WinRunner and LoadRunner.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects.
  • Analyze and document test results, providing actionable recommendations for process improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to enhance testing methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in automated testing.
  • Excellent knowledge of testing methodologies, including black box and white box testing.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicating complex ideas clearly and concisely.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Mastery of automated testing tools, including Selenium and Appium.
  • Experience with cloud-based testing platforms.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
