Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring a seamless transition from hospital to home care.
  • Administer IV medications, manage NG tubes, collect blood samples, and perform wound dressings as required.
  • Monitor patient health, manage medications, assist with personal care, and provide support for chronic disease management and palliative care.
  • Collaborate with patients and their families to ensure quality care and comfort.
Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in skilled nursing care, IV medication administration, and chronic disease management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required.
  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Pakistan required.
