Digital Ads Specialist

Job Overview

The Digital Ads Specialist will execute, manage, and optimize performance advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  2. Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and develop compelling ad copy.
  3. Conduct A/B testing and recommend continuous performance improvements.
  4. Implement tracking pixels, conversion tags, and event monitoring through Google Tag Manager.
  5. Analyze performance data and generate actionable reports using Looker Studio / Data Studio.
  6. Collaborate closely with our team to align on campaign strategy and performance goals.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in Google Ads and at least one additional platform (e.g., Meta, TikTok).
  2. Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager.
  3. Experience with TikTok Business Manager, Google Merchant Center, and Keyword Planner.
  4. Strong copywriting skills and a data-driven mindset.
  5. Google Ads certification is an advantage.
  6. Proactive, self-managed, and reliable in a distributed team environment.
  7. Excellent communication skills in English.
