Community Health Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for managing projects related to public health service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in business administration, public health or equivalent from a well-reputed university. At least eight years of relevant research work experience in project management for health service delivery projects and immunization services/primary care service delivery is required.
The selected candidate will have knowledge of health system and outreach programs, with experience of Expanded Programme on Immunization being preferred. The ability to take complex decisions and lead trouble shooting where required is essential.
The job requires the ability to work across multiple research assignments simultaneously and lead a team of professionals. Good academic writing skills, proficiency in the use of related computer software packages, and good interpersonal skills are also necessary.
Key Areas of Responsibility:- Managing projects related to public health service delivery.
- Developing and implementing strategies for improving public health service delivery.
- Building and maintaining relationships with government, local stakeholders, and private providers.
- Developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs) to standardize practices across all field sites.
