Job Title: Medical Health Associate

• We are seeking a Medical Health Associate to conduct home visits in assigned communities, utilizing hemoglobin rapid test kits and BMI assessments to screen individuals for malnutrition.
• The selected candidate will also utilize an app-based smart point-of-care diagnosis (POCD) system for health and nutrition screening via mobile TAB.
• This role involves providing nutrition education and counseling, including AI-based dietary suggestions through DietAI.
• The ideal candidate will connect screened individuals with remote medical consultants for telemedicine consultations.
• Nutritional supplementation will be provided to malnourished individuals based on screening results.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential health records in the mobile platform is crucial for this position.
• Candidate must collaborate with project supervisors and clinic staff to ensure follow-up and continuity of care.
