Health Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Health Care Specialist to join our team. This role is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of others.

The incumbent will be responsible for screening participants and collecting data related to the Integrated TB, Asthma, COPD, and Mental Health Service Delivery in Rural Sindh (Tando Allahyar, and Tharparkar). The selected candidate will also assist community mobilizers/counselors during community mobilization and camp facilitation.

• Enter data under the supervision of the Field Supervisor.
• Create patient cards for all participants at the camp.
• Ensure accurate contact information and addresses of participants recorded in screening forms. Rectify mistakes if necessary.
• Enter CXR scores in the mobile application, paper-based screening forms, and Patient cards.
• Liaison with the local community on TB, Asthma, COPD & MH, establishing trust, capturing contextual data, providing health education, and mobilization.
• Perform field-related duties and support other team members as required.
• Participate in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement activities.
• Attend regular staff meetings and in-services.
• Fluency in Sindhi, Siraeki, and Urdu language is strongly recommended.
• Perform project-related duties as required.

• At least one year of relevant experience.

• Good listener and maintains accountability for actions.
• Ability to work independently and under tight timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive in completing tasks and identifying gaps and needs.
• Proficient in inclusive planning and participatory management skills.
