Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a part-time administrative professional to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will work closely with our team to ensure the smooth running of tasks and responsibilities.

  • Maintain supplies and equipment for efficient office performance.
  • Manage correspondence, including incoming and outgoing documents.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for seamless collaboration.
  • Support budget management and record keeping processes.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for effective communication.
  • Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Assist team members with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
Experience in administration or customer service is a plus but not required.
