Financial Services Outreach Specialist

We are seeking motivated individuals to support financial professionals in expanding their client base and enhancing their market presence through strategic outreach.

This role is crucial for identifying and cultivating potential leads via Outbound Calling and Online Digital Strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and engage with potential leads through various communication channels, ensuring a professional and positive representation of clients.
  2. Conduct thorough research to understand the financial markets and identify potential customer needs and trends.
  3. Assist in developing and maintaining a strong online presence for clients through strategic digital marketing efforts.
  4. Audit and maintain lead information in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  5. Implement effective follow-up strategies to nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
  6. Regularly track and report on lead generation and brand management activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or brand management.
  3. Strong understanding of the financial services industry, with an emphasis on Canadian markets.
  4. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  5. Proficient in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a global remote team.
