Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer/Team Lead who thrives on solving complex problems, delivering technical solutions, and guiding development teams. This role demands expertise, critical thinking, leadership, and outstanding communication skills.

You will collaborate closely with product delivery managers, architects, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders balancing immediate needs with a clear long-term technical roadmap. Hands-on coding and leadership by example are core to this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical initiatives across multiple projects and clients.
  • Understand client needs deeply and provide technical solutions that address immediate goals while aligning with long-term strategies.
  • Ensure the use of best practices, modern development methodologies, security standards, and performance optimization across both backend and frontend efforts.
  • Apply critical thinking to drive pragmatic, high-impact technical decisions.
  • Mentor and guide development team members across backend, frontend, and cloud technologies.
  • Collaborate with product delivery managers and client stakeholders.
Core Technical Skills Required
  • Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and architecture.
  • Experience with Angular 11 and React.
  • Strong proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Expert-level skills in relational database design, optimization, and management.
