Amazon Account Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Amazon Account Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing backend tasks for a portfolio of up to 15 accounts on Amazon.

  • You will efficiently manage backend tasks, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand Strategists to implement effective strategies and ensure seamless execution.
  • Assist in the development and execution of backend strategies to optimize product listings, enhance discoverability, and drive sales.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients via email, addressing their inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations.
  • Take ownership of assigned responsibilities, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and task completion.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, identifying trends and recommending appropriate adjustments to improve account performance.
