About the role:
In this position, you will work closely with the sales team to identify client needs, define project scopes, and craft customized software solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders, conduct discovery sessions, and translate business requirements into actionable proposals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop presentations, proposals, cost estimates, and technical documentation for clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams (developers, solution architects) to define the best approach for each project.
- Assist in creating Proof of Concepts (PoC) or prototypes when required.
Requirements:
Core Skills:
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2+ years in a pre-sales role or as a Consultant.
- Strong understanding of IT outsourcing, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and delivery models (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Experience working with enterprise clients and custom software development projects in industries such as FinTech, Healthcare, or Logistics.
- Proven experience in gathering and analyzing client requirements, preparing proposals, and assisting in the sales process.
- Strong ability to define project scope, functional requirements, and business objectives.
- Understanding of API integrations, cloud solutions, and software architectures (would be a plus).
- Experience in RFP/RFI processes and proposal development.
- Proficiency in diagramming tools (e.g., BPMN, UML, Figma, Miro).
- Proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides for presentations and Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to estimate timeframes, costs, and resource needs for projects.
