Function: As a key member of the Unilever Food Solutions team, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth through fostering strong relationships with existing operators and onboarding new ones. Effective distribution management, execution of operator activities within the assigned area, and enhancing chefmanship capabilities are crucial to achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and track targets across all channels.
  2. BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH OPERATORS AND CHEFS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR NEEDS AND PROVIDE SOLUTIONS THAT EXCEED EXPECTATIONS.
  3. Drive chefmanship capability for the entire team and conduct regular kitchen trainings with Chefs.
  4. Gather market intelligence and disseminate information to relevant stakeholders to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
  5. Ensure financial metrics such as business profitability and gross margin are aligned with company goals.
  6. Leverage analytical skills to redefine processes, identify new business opportunities, and enhance efficiency of existing models.

  • Experiences & Qualifications
    A Bachelor's Degree is required, and 1-3 years of relevant sales experience in FMCG B2B / Food Services industry would be preferred.
  • Skills
    Strong customer relationship management, basic culinary knowledge, collaboration, communication, negotiation, quantitative aptitude, and multitasking skills are essential.
