We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freelance Bidder to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and bidding on relevant projects posted on various online job platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strategic approach to secure high-quality projects.
- Maintain a high bid conversion rate by understanding client needs and presenting services effectively.
- Monitor and analyze job postings on multiple platforms to identify relevant projects.
- Write and submit compelling proposals tailored to each project's requirements.
- Communicate with potential clients to clarify project details and requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on project scope and capabilities.
- Keep track of all bid submissions, follow-ups, and responses in a systematic manner.
- Proven experience in bidding for projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Toptal, Guru, PeoplePerHour, 99designs, TaskRabbit, Thumbtack, SimplyHired, and Hubstaff Talent.
- Strong understanding of web development, design, and other IT services offered.
- Ability to write persuasive and customized proposals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using project management and CRM tools.
