Online Bidder/ Business Development Manager Job

We are looking for a skilled Online Bidder/ Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will involve managing business development initiatives and expanding our market presence through online bidding platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage online bidding processes, including creating and submitting bids on Freelancer and Upwork.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to generate revenue growth.
- Analyze client requirements and propose suitable solutions to meet their needs.
- Cultivate relationships with clients to understand their technical requirements and preferences.
- Track competitor activities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting delivery and service quality standards.
Successful candidates should have excellent communication skills, be proficient in proposal writing, and possess a good understanding of software development technologies and trends.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with e-commerce platforms, a strong background in sales and marketing, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
