Job Description

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making for various teams.

Your primary role will be to develop, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with business objectives. This will involve analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to improve overall performance.

Budgeting & Forecasting

You will lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned functions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. This will involve monitoring financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances, and taking corrective action as needed.

Strategic Partnership

As a trusted advisor to business leaders, you will provide financial and strategic guidance to drive business growth and enhance customer experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate the financial implications of business initiatives and projects.

Process Improvement

You will identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the finance function and across business operations. This will involve implementing best practices in financial planning and analysis to enhance the quality and reliability of financial data.

Project Management

You will support the implementation of key projects and initiatives, ensuring financial considerations are incorporated into project planning and execution.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in finance roles, preferably within the e-commerce or digital payments sectors
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial software
