Strategic Data Analyst

We are seeking a seasoned data analyst to join our team as a Strategic Data Analyst.

A strategic role that involves analyzing data to improve business efficiency and contribute significantly to the organization's success.

This position requires an individual with exceptional analytical skills, who can analyze complex data sets to provide actionable insights.

The ideal candidate should be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, identify areas for process improvement and recommend changes.

The successful candidate will have experience in developing and implementing analytics platforms to support decision-making.

In this role, you will work closely with senior management to develop business strategies and plans.

You will also be responsible for designing and implementing workflow templates to streamline processes and increase efficiency.

Additionally, you will perform gap analysis of current SOPs/SLAs and draft relevant policies.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
