Digital Marketing and IT Support Specialist

Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for both IT and creative marketing? This role involves strategizing and contributing to long-term marketing plans, developing and shaping a brand's voice and identity through compelling online marketing campaigns, maintaining digital media archives including photos and videos, creating and executing marketing campaigns to attract new customers, liaising with the internal management team to create and promote engaging blogs, advertisements, and social media content.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be proficient in SEO to enhance internet search rankings, leading keyword research and optimization of content, ensuring that all communications and marketing material align with brand standards, managing the production of marketing communications and promotional materials in line with brand guidelines, monitoring key performance indicators to track the success of marketing campaigns, reporting results of marketing campaigns to management teams, updating and maintaining the WordPress website regularly, diagnosing and resolving ongoing IT problems, helping employees with basic computer needs, such as setting up new users and managing backup, security, and passwords, carrying out routine maintenance and configuring IT solutions, including implementing new software programs, hands-on experience in installing IT hardware and software, flexibility and adaptability to perform other duties as and when requested by the Senior Management.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelors in Marketing, Graphic designing or related field.
  • Proven WordPress website management experience.
  • Proven record of excellent designing and marketing skills demonstrated in a professional portfolio.
  • Proven SEO and SMM experience.
  • 1-2 years prior experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Good knowledge of backlink analysis.
  • Good organization, planning, and creativity.
  • Understand and implement the best marketing practices for branding and promotions on the major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Strong communicator who works well independently and with a team.
  • Superior time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of applications (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and WordPress) is important.
