Responsibilities Summary:

The Associate Cinematographer will be responsible for assisting the Director of Photography in creating a cohesive visual style throughout the production. This includes supporting camera setups, collaborating with lighting and grip departments, and maintaining continuity across scenes and shooting days.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital cinema cameras, lighting techniques, and color theory, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.

They will be able to manage and organize camera equipment, operate secondary cameras or B-cam when required, and scout locations with the DoP.

The Associate Cinematographer will also be responsible for coordinating with post-production teams regarding footage quality and technical specifications.

In addition, they will need to have proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, and DaVinci Resolve.

The successful candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in video editing or a relevant internship and be familiar with various video formats, codecs, and export settings.

They will also need to have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to take feedback and apply revisions efficiently.

Finally, they should have a passion for video content and a willingness to learn and grow.
